They handled the bidding for us, and we ended up with a good fit for our project at around the cost they estimated. We're very glad we kept them on to handle construction management for us, as they were indispensable in deciding how to adjust to the inevitable issues that arose during the project. They were willing to show up to the site on short notice to address problems and finalize placement, and worked both with the contractor and suppliers when necessary to ensure the project continued to move forward when it might have otherwise stalled.
