> Here is a small and incomplete list of shoddy workmanship done by bmc homes
> Backyard floods- into the house on one occasion
> Used dead grass for landscaping
> Did not landscape entire yard
> Painted concrete floors are chipping- I would say about 25% of the paint has chipped.
> Several planks in the fence are not nailed in
> A hole was drilled and a kite string attached as a way to open the gate
> The list goes on
> I have talked and texted many, many times to the builder whose response is either we will fix it next week, the rain is really got us back logged-well any excuse that pops into his head
> Do not do business with them or fore premier real estate

> Poor construction quality, lousy attention to detail, adversarial approach to 'customer service'. Apparently these guys got into homebuilding on a whil. Rank amatuers.
