When the slabs showed up they layout was not what we had agreed on and one was cracked. They agreed to replace it as any company should but it took them another month. The second one showed up and it was cracked too. So three months later and a cracked slab they fought and then agreed to discount the work. This was a nine thousand dollar countertop job done in 2015. There shouldn’t be any cracks. What happens 2 years later? Out of the blue we get this bill for the remaining balance and threatening is to put a lien on the property. Horrible experience to say the least. We paid 9000 for a cracked kitchen countertop that took three months of back and forth to install and then have to come with 3 grand two years later. I own a business, I understand things go wrong and the holiday season is crazy but the customer service at this place is beyond abysmal. They’ve repeatedly lied to us. Ive never had a company lie to me, and then continue to lie. Spend a couple extra thousand dollars and get a reputable company with high quality products. They always communicated well, and cut and installed my counters to my satisfaction. They always asked if it met my approval and if there was an issue they resolved it. The first attempt to install our counters was cancelled when they called to say they broke the counter on the way over. The second attempt was cancelled when their truck broke down on the way over. When they finally did install our two counters, the edges didn't match and the corners on the waterfall edge were sloppy. Then when we called about their mistake, they came out, admitted they made a mistake, said they'd get back to us about the remedy and then nothing--no word whatsoever about fixing it, no word about a rebate to make up for their incompetence, nothing.
