I needed a quick and not too expensive repair done, as I was getting my house ready to sell. Marc was able to work my job in between other jobs, and he took care of everything. He removed and replaced the toilet and subflooring, leveled the dirt under the subflooring (and reconnected the dryer vent that he noticed had been disconnected and cleaned up the lint that had accumulated under there), and replaced the tile and baseboards. He even went to Home Depot and picked out the replacement tile for me (since I was out of town) and sent me photos/prices of my options. He was thorough, kept me appraised of what he found and the cost and just took care of it. I returned home to a completely repaired bathroom floor with no hassle or surprises. And I really appreciated him working in my small job, as not many contractors want to take these smaller jobs.
