> Let the buyer beware!!
> I have a 6 yr old 'custom' built home. I had a pre approved loan in case payment for my farm was delayed to close on this house. But he took options to enforce 'builder option' with out asking me first. 5 yrs in there were
> electrical problems & plumbing issues from using a low ball plumber.
> He allowed brick layers to install brick when it was freezing with no  covering blankets. I forced him to remove that brick. When it was time to remove removed brick they took a front end loader and took brick and all dirt down to hardpan. They did not install enough dirt and it's hard to keep grass growing. They took dirt that slowed down overflow from golf course next to my property.  I have had to build berms to deflect water so house doesn’t  flood. I can go on but you get the idea.
