> My experience with this builder has been absolutely terrible from the very beginning. The quality of workmanship throughout my home is unacceptable. The drywall and corner beads are installed incorrectly, and even after I pointed out the problems multiple times — including during walkthroughs with their supervisor, John — nothing has been fixed. Instead, things keep getting worse.
>
> The tile work in the bathroom is also extremely poor. All the cuts were placed on the outside edges instead of on the inside corners, leaving one-inch strips down the sides. That is not how a professional tile job should ever be done. From the start, there have been serious mistakes — including errors during the concrete forming, where the beam pockets were never formed. Their contractors consistently cut corners, and the overall workmanship shows it.
>
> The plumbing work is also concerning. Their plumber has ignored the International Plumbing Code, which clearly limits ¾-inch water lines to a maximum of 18 Water Supply Fixture Units (WSFU). This builder is running 24 WSFU on each ¾-inch line. That means when someone flushes a toilet, the shower will get extremely hot, and when someone turns on the kitchen faucet, the shower turns cold.
>
> To make matters worse, they try to force you into settlement before you’ve even approved the poor quality of work. They just want your money and have even claimed that if you don’t show up for the settlement date — which you never agreed to — you’ll be fined $500 per day.
>
> I specifically want to call out the subcontractors involved: Larry’s Custom Drywall, Inc. in Newark, Delaware and Creative Floors, Newark, Delaware. If any builder is using these contractors, do not sign with them. Their work is terrible, unprofessional, and careless.
>
> This company and its contractors are unprofessional, careless, and dishonest. They cut corners everywhere, from the cheap windows to the poor plumbing and tile work. Stay away from this builder. Beware, and don’t make the same mistake I did.

> Serious leaks from my windows. Won't stand by their work. Still having leaks from my windows that they refuse to fix. Numerous calls and emails. Not a trustworthy company.
