So - with a lagging sale on my home, I looked at the 3 companies he provided and sure enough Showhomes had the most upscale and professional looking staging of the 3 my realtor gave me. I also looked at reviews and their reviews were the best. I called for pricing and while they were not the cheapest - I think they were competitive given the fact their staging looked upscale compared to others. I mean it's pointless to spend money on staging unless it looks lovely and shows your home to the best advantage is what I thought. > Pratt & Shelley did a great job of staging my house and trying to stay within my budget. Not only was it a lovely job that showed the house to the best advantage, but they communicated clearly and well throughout the process.
