> Ron Larabee requested a $3,000.00 down payment for a remodeling project at my home.  I gave him a check for the amount and it was cashed.  For more than one month Mr. Larabee never started the project and did not do any work at my home.   As a result, I cancelled the project and asked for the deposit back---Ron Larabee refuses to return the $3,000.00.  It has been more than 3 months and I have not heard from Ron Larabee.  Simply stated, Mr. Larabee is asking for down payments, not doing any work, and keeping the money.  SCAM ALERT!!!
