He never mentioned that the bed come already partially assembled. It was to tall and couldn't be delivered. The manager was surprised that it came that way. He proceeded to offer me something 2k more then what I paid and a restocking fee. Secondarily, 4 chairs at $10k ordered months ago and the shipping company had yet to revive them. Absurd to say the least. Some of the pieces were manufactured by Safavieh, and those items are no longer functionable after limited use. The furniture was purchased for our 2nd home, a "Snowbird" home in Florida. We use the home about 6 months a year, but the furniture is no longer functionable.
