> Avoid!!! Hired them to fix a hairline crack. $375 later the hairline crack is still visible plus the resurfacing chipping off. No show twice and not answering emails, phone calls or texts!!! Save your money and look elsewhere!!!!

> The tech Jeff, did a horrible job. He damaged my doorway carrying in the equipment.  He did not vent the hose properly and my entire house filled with toxic chemicals. He didn't use enough paint on my shower. It's not shiny or smooth.  It's dull, rough and uneven. I've done reglazing before and I was 100% satisfied. This was nothing like that. Jeff didn't protect my bathroom.  I now have a 2k Toto toilet covered in overspray that won't come off. Everything in my vanity was also coated with overspray. I plugged in a brand new hair dryer and smoke/flames/sparks shot out of it as well as making horrible noises because it had PAINT in it.  Matt offered to redo but I declined because across the board they did a horrible job and I have MS and my immune system is severely compromised.  I'm not going to subject myself to toxic fumes again without 100% certainty it was going to be worth it. I do not have that confidence so I asked Matt to reimburse me a fair amount (knowing ALL that I just detailed). Matt thought $50 was fair. I paid $825. I returned the $50 to him. I am very happy to pay for a good job and I'm honest. I paid via Zelle so I requested a more appropriate amount to be returned to me.  If that doesn't happen, it's small claims court. I'm disabled and living on a fixed income. I saved for this and now I have to save to have it corrected and the damage fixed.
