> Beware of Atlantis Construction LLC - Roofing Company – Owned by Sam (Sensitive Information Hidden)

> I hired Sam Lopez of Atlantis Construction LLC to handle a build back after a flooding incident that required full mitigation. He promised the job would be finished in one week, but we are now past three weeks and the work remains incomplete. Sam has stopped answering my calls and texts.

> The last message I received from him was that he is a “man of his word” and would “finish the job.” Unfortunately, the project has been left unfinished and in an unacceptable state. At this point, he has taken 96% of the payment and has gone completely silent.

> Even his subcontractors expressed frustration with how he runs his company. Materials are delayed, communication is poor, and promises are rarely kept. His pattern seems to be overpromising and underdelivering.
