> Had a whole house reno thru Godwin Creations. Project should have taken 3-4 months. After 10 months, finally asked how much to get them to go away and my brother-in-law and I would finish. Very glad that I was able to visit site daily. Had to insist several occasions that work be re-done. Every delay that happened during project where I knew what caused the delay was due to the owner not ordering supplies when he was supposed to. I doubt the owner even read our contract before doing work as I had to point out on at least one occasion where they weren't planning on doing work encompassed by the contract. Strongly recommend any work done by them is under written contract with penalty clause for unnecessary delays and every aspect inspected thoroughly after completion.
