Complete gutting and remodeling of laundry room, pantry, kitchen, breakfast room and den. The outcome Absolutely Wonderful!! > This is the 4th job they have done for me and as alway exceptional work! This was my biggest project yet. Ivan had so many great ideas to add to what I already had in mind. He made my dreams come true. There were a few surprises found when gutting the rooms but he worked around them and made it even better. His attention to detail and expert workmanship is exceptional! I just love my remodel! It feels like a whole new home. Everyone who sees it is impressed. If you want the very best you need Ivan's Custom Building. Then when all the work was completed there was a leak coming from upstairs down on my new kitchen. Ivan to the rescue! He had to tear out a large portion of the shower upstairs and repair an older remodel done by someone else. We had 3 1/2 feet of water from Hurricane Harvey and the 1st floor was down to studs. They worked on it for a little over 5 months and we couldn't have been happier. They handled everything from moving walls, jacking up the house to put in new beams, changing out the windows, sheetrock, texturing walls, installing cabinets, and much more. He arranged for subs to do flooring, counters, and tile. Ivan was very hands on with everything. He replaced our staircase, mantel, and installed wainscoting himself. He made sure he was there for the cabinets and even though in the middle of the install, I changed my mind about the layout, he took it in stride and it came out beautifully. His crew was in our house for all those months and even though all of our possessions were upstairs, we never had to worry about their honesty and integrity. We were so lucky. They came in during the most trying time of our lives and made it a positive experience.
