> We have used Kizen for almost twenty years, both for the condo association and individual units. The work has always been well done and fairly priced. We first encountered Kizen when the association needed a common drain pipe repaired and Kizen was recommended by the insurance company. The plumber determined exactly where the break occurred in the three-story long pipe, so it was not necessary to open up exploratory holes in the walls of multiple units. Very impressive.
