My husband and I knew what we liked but had no idea how to put it all together. Denise met with us initially to help us set up a plan and dateline so we didn't feel overwhelmed with all the decisions to make. She suggested we keep a binder with divideders listing: Architect, paint selections, lighting, plumbing, tile, cabinets, appliances, etc. to help us keep track of every detail. Then she made a schematic for us with the new floor plan and where to place our existing furniture. For the kitchen and bathrooms, Denise accompanied us to select granite and marble slabs, plumbing fixtures, lighting fixtures, tile selections, etc. Every place we went, Denise had an established and well respected relationship with all of the companies providing the service. Denise helped with all of the paint colors, flooring - wood and tile. She gave us many websites to visit to get ideas and magazines, as well.
