While not adding any square footage we re-worked the layout and created an absolute jewel with plentiful storage abound. The cabinets flanking to the range cleverly house pull out spice and tray racks. We also incorporated cookware and a family message center in the floor to ceiling cabinetry addition.

**Q: What is the material used for kitchen top?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Is it marble

A: Yes, it is marble.  Statuary White was our selection.

**Q: Newells and light** *(in Photo Questions)*

Who made the newell and where is the light manufacturer?

A: The newel was custom by the cabinet shop per our design.  The lighting is also a custom piece made locally to fit the space.

**Q: What color paint on walls?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Have a gray floor and dark brown cabinets. Going to be putting in a grayish-white quartz countertop.  Need a good paint color that makes cabinets stand out and matches the flooring and counters.  Don't want to go too dark of paint though!

A: Paint color is one of my favorites!  It's Benjamin Moore HC-172 Revere Pewter, bet you'll love it.

What color stain is on the floors?

A: Hello, I do not have an exact color name- as this finish was custom mixed for this job... we worked with stain until color was what we were looking for.

I love everything about this home, very beautifully done! Do you know the countertop choices? Thank you.

A: Thank you!  The perimeter counters are honed Soap Stone (charcoal tones) and the island is Carrera Marble with a mitered 3.5" edge.

**Q: Balusters** *(in Photo Questions)*

Where are the balusters from? Is their material rod iron? I can't seem to find a similar style online. Thank you in advance!

A: Hi, believe it or not they are plain square rod balusters- in black finish. They are the type you could add a decorative knuckle to, we didn't.  The connector to the step is also a standard stair part component to the square rod baluster.
