He was constrained by using the same footprint, coordinating the design with a lake style stone facade and replacement of the copper roof. There were engineering issues in attaching the new sunroom to the existing structure that would also be aesthetically pleasing from the outside and bright and airy from the inside. I am pleased to report that the finished project exceeded our expectations. Robert provided also 3D drawings of my project which made it very easy to visualize how the final project would look like, These 3D drawings were crucial for me in making all the decisions about my project. Robert did everything to make what I felt was a challenging and stressful process as efficient and easy as it could be. Robert’s architect plan was so detailed and clear that enabled me to get accurate cost estimates for the kitchen and for the contractor. The detailed plan was also the reason for my construction phase to have flow nicely and with no surprises. Robert was always checking on the progress of my project and was very accessible to support the contractor with any questions he would have.
