Our project included a complete remodel of our 1950s split level. The work completed included new windows, doors, siding, roofing, insulation, drywall, stairs, kitchen and 2 baths. Also, new electrical, new plumbing, tankless hot water heater, higher capacity water service, and a reconfiguration of the interior space into an open concept floorplan. So basically, a complete gut and remodel. We spoke to a few builders before deciding to go with Redstart because their ideas for the project set them apart. The owner Chad had the experience and vision for what was possible with our home. His design and construction teams understood what we were looking for and helped turn that vision into a reality. Small things like ordering the appliances 9 months in advance to avoid supply chain issues, presenting ideas to rough in plumbing and electrical feeds for a potential future addition, and using technology to send pictures and provide daily updates as the work progressed. Our project was a large undertaking, and we were very pleased with every aspect of Redstart’s work including follow up after the project was completed.
