Although we had to navigate the challenges of construction during the pandemic, Reiner maintained his well-established professionalism and conscientiousness. For this project, we renovated the kitchen, bathroom, third-floor deck, laundry room, ensuite, and hardwood floors. Because of Reiner's excellent contacts and knowhow, we completed the work a week ahead of schedule and on budget. Reiner's connections were particularly valuable for this renovation because the pandemic created various difficulties with backorders and stock shortages. With Reiner's help, we were able to navigate them really well, and the work was completed to a terrific standard. Reiner does all the things you don’t want to do - he drafts the contracts, ensures work is done on time and makes sure things are done to your specifications. > > Reiner helped us find the right contractor (they were amazing!), the right cabinet makers (they were also fantastic) and a great place to get our counter tops. We figure the amount of money we spent on Reiner was pretty much made back with the costs we saved on the counter tops alone!
