I absolutely would hire him again (and will) and would recommend him to anyone. After our first conversation, I knew that I wanted to work with him. He communicated with us through the entire process, gave updates, and delivered exactly as what was shown in our first design meeting. He listened to what we wanted for our kitchen remodel and asked questions. The material selection was easy because he listened so well in the initial meeting. We weren't overwhelmed with numerous choices. If we wanted to see more choices, he met us at the tile store to show us more options. He not only designs the space, but he also manages the trades (who show up on time), which made this entire renovation seamless and easy. His prices are very reasonable, and his timeline for the work to be completed was accurate. He was at our house regularly to make sure the trades knew exactly what to do. He also helped us find kitchen chairs and window coverings. They listened to every detail we wanted, made numerous trips to measure the area and came up with a truly beautiful design concept. Of course that is only half the battle and as wonderful as the design process was, the precision of the execution of that plan was on point. Mark laid out a grid that showed us every step of the process and which contractors we could expect on which days. If we weren't home either Mark or one of the team would be there to let them in. What are the heights of them? I am having trouble figuring out how high to make them and if the vanity one should be lower from the other. Thanks! A: the sink vanity is at 36" high. The sitting vanity we custom planned on based on the height of the vanity stool she had plus her height and the reach she wanted to get to the mirror. All of that would be unique for your situation as well. It was lower than the sink vanity though. **Q: dimensions of tv niche** *(in Photo Questions)* Hi what are the dimensions of the tv niche? There is a toilet next to the shower on the valve side. There is a door next to the other end of the shower. Will a glass pivot door which opens inward work in this space if the pivot door is attached to the wall across from the shower valve? A: The cement board should be waterproofed with Redguard or similar. The redguard should have covered over the cement board and gone under the tiles in the shower as well.
