> We met w.b. builders at a Parade of Homes and were extremely impressed with the quality of their work. We had them build a new, custom front door for us, and they did a beautiful job and were great to work with. Years later, we still get compliments on the door all the time. We also explored building a house with them, and although we didn't end up moving forward due to the available lot size, they were always responsive and professional.

> It was an absolute pleasure working with wb builders. We had teams working on our attic/roof as well as a team of professionals remodeling another room in our house. We were so impressed with the professionalism, the craftsmanship and the fact that EVERY single person we encountered was so friendly. They were also very flexible and understanding when we had to reschedule days, sometimes at the last minute, due to busy family conflicts or sick kids. It was just an absolute pleasure. Thank you w.b. builders!

> WB Builders built a garage with a bonus room that matches the character and finish of our 1914 home beautifully. At our request, they even managed to salvage the 100 year old brick from the old garage to be re-used on the new garage. Their attention to detail was impressive. Their crew was friendly and professional. Their subs were responsible and respectful. The software they used, Co-Construct, kept everyone on the same page with respect to timing, selections, and budgets. It also kept conversations about the project in neat threads that were easy to revisit if needed. We wouldn't hesistate to hire WB again for future remodeling projects.

> I picked WB builder over cheaper alternatives and never regretted it. They understood what I wanted from the project and delivered my dream house and a little extra. While there were bumps and hurdles along the way, they have been responsive and completed the project earlier than scheduled. Special shoutout to our project manager Chris, who makes you feel well taken care of and our designer Molly, who is so patient in helping us navigate through myriad of choices.

**★★★★★ — Jan Sigmund, Sept. 2017**

> During the planning stage there was great input of ideas followed by every attempt to make us knowledgeable about possible materials and products. They even located our perfect sink! When the work began they provided us with a schedule, held to it and completed the renovation on time. A job supervisor was present each day to oversee the work and enhance communication. We could not be more pleased with the quality of the work and extraordinary attention to detail.

> The team at W.B. Builders was a 10 out of 10 in redoing our kitchen. The new design and putting in the most beautiful, handcrafted cabinets is something you don't see that often. When people come over now, they look at the new kitchen and just love it It is so good to have a top custom cabinet maker and team to install flawlessly. Thanks for an outstanding job!!

> Building projects are notoriously stressful, but w.b. builders made complete renovation of my small living space a joy. Their exceptional skill and superb design specialists gave me a new home of stunning attractiveness and incredibly clever storage spaces. Everyone who visits is wowed. Bonus: I feel as if I’ve made new friends; everyone, to a person, understood and respected my personal needs, taste and comfort level.

> w.b. builders took our 1919 house's unfinished, moldy, leaky basement and transformed it into what now looks like a garden level apartment. They skillfully matched the style and woodwork of the upstairs. They came up with ingenious solutions to design problems that stumped other contractors. They were very professional, a pleasure to work with at all stages of the project, and the finished result is far more gorgeous than we thought possible. The price was more than fair and they finished right on budget. We will use them again.

**★★★★★ — Stacie and Mark Vandermyde, Dec. 2016**

> Wb was extremely professional and responsive through our entire remodel process from start to finish and beyond. They were thoughtful about our family needs from a building and interior perspective. We've been very happy with our addition and full remodel. I would not hesitate to use them again!

**★★★★★ — Chris Romans, Dec. 2016**

> We have used WB for three massive projects that took our house from having a lot of potential to absolutely awesome! Scot, Tim, Chris, Ronda, I could go on, were all great to work with. Can't recommend these guys strongly enough!

**★★★★★ — Barbara Moore, Dec. 2016**

> I chose W.B.Builders because of their excellent reputation. Through a whole house remodel, they consistently were professional, skilled, collaborative and they stand behind their work. The staff I daily came in contact with are highly trained and very pleasant. I am so pleased with the results of their work and receive kudos from visitors about the remodel as several saw the before and after. Just want to say thanks W. B. Builders, Scott, Tim and staff for giving me the home of my dreams!

**★★★★★ — Peggi Tobias, Dec. 2016**

> We have partnered with W.B. for three projects over the last 10 years, including finishing our lower level, remodeling on the main level and a full gut of our master bathroom. We go back to the team because of the excellent consulting, service and quality. The team is extremely responsive and truly listens to our needs. In addition - they provide creative and unique solutions. We would highly recommend W.B. to anyone who needs remodeling or green-space building needs. (Note the project cost below includes all three projects over 10 years)

  - Description: This 1930s Minneapolis Mediterranean underwent a renovation that completely transformed the main level. It's 1970's kitchen was wrapped in wood from top to bottom, making it feel dark and small. Removing a wall separating the kitchen and dining allows the light to pour in from all angles. Custom navy blue and white cabinetry add depth and color to the space, while a vintage-style range serves as its focal point. - Description: This charming 1920's Dutch Colonial home remodel is located within a historically protected country club neighborhood. While staying within strict remodeling parameters, this home underwent a massive transformation, from a curb appeal boosting front elevation, to a large addition off the back. The homeowner wanted a golf simulator installed in the basement, which required a 14' ceiling height. The house was lifted off its foundation in order to dig downward for the deeper basement. A rounded bac…

## Community Q&A

**Q: where did you find this system for the barn doors?** *(in Photo Questions)*

I want to add 2 large Barn doors in my basement . The opening space is ( 148 inches). Unfortunately the ceiling is only 86 inches and it is very low to use barn doors. However, it seems the system used on this picture could resolve my problem. Brilliant.
Are you using regular hardware to do this are if you have used a specific model!
Thanks
Andrée from Quebec, Canada

A: The hardware is custom made by us and is not a retail product.

**Q: Blue Cabinet Color** *(in Photo Questions)*

Can you offer some insight into the custom paint color you used for the blue cabinets? Or at least provide a color that’s somewhat similar? I have oak floors close to yours and I’m dying for blue cabs, and up until now I felt they would be too dark together. Your work has reignited my love of blue + stained wood. Any response is greatly appreciated.

A: Hale Navy from Benjamin Moore.

**Q: Tudor plank front doors** *(in Photo Questions)*

Where do you source your Tudor plank front doors from please?

A: They are custom made by our internal Millwork team.

**Q: Cabinet Hardware** *(in Photo Questions)*

This site has beautiful cabinet hardware www.ForgeHardwareStudio.com

A: Hi Mary, the shelves in this picture are walnut. they are not stained just a clear coat.

**Q: what is flooring?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: It is character grade wide plank white oak, finished with a water-based poly to produce the matte finish.

**Q: What material is the desktop?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Thank you for your inquiry. It is a stained oak top.
