The thicknesses of these stack stones vary from 2” to 2.5”. The irregularity in thickness is significant, making it impossible to assemble them uniformly. > > The Belgard Account Manager has inspected the issue and escalated it to Belgard management. However, Belgard's response is that they do not recognize this as a problem and consider a ½” thickness variation within the acceptable range for splitface products. In my opinion, the quality of this product is NOT acceptable. > > Our experience indicates that this variation is adversely affecting the overall appearance of our project.
