> Delta customer service is extremely difficult to get a hold of. As of the writing of this, I have been on hold for over a half an hour waiting for a customer service contact.
>
> I ordered the Victorian Shower Valve and Shower diverter and while the inside is brass, the outside is plastic..... the finish is the Brilliance Stainless. It is neither brilliant or stainless steel. Buyer be ware. I am attempting to call Delta directly to find out which of their Diverter and Valve trim kits are metal. I am willing to change to Chrome for metal or even change to another collection just so I can have metal trim. If I had seen this trim kit before purchasing from the local plumbing supply, I would have gone with Moen Weymouth - the only reason I went Delta is because they have a 6 way diverter.

> As part of our renovation, we purchased and installed a Delta Trinsic Touch faucet in our new kitchen. 2 ½ short years later the faucet is defective. Rust has formed around the pull-down hose and on the magnetic clasp where the pull-down spray wand meets the faucet neck. Additionally, the magnet that is an integral part of the neck no longer sits flush and as a result, the spray wand is unable to connect fully and sit flush.
>
> Delta’s warranty states they will repair or replace, free of charge, during the applicable warranty period any part or finish that proves defective in material and/or workmanship under normal installation, use and service. If repair or replacement is not practical, Delta Faucet Company may elect to refund the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product.
> I contacted Delta, sent them pictures of the defective parts. Two days later Delta responded, “We can either send the repair parts, as per the warranty, or we can offer 70% off a replacement faucet of your choice.”
>
> 70% discount on a replacement faucet (which now costs significantly more than when we purchased 2 and half years ago) is not a discount at all because the replacement cost would be more than we initially paid for the unit. And sending the replacement parts – deconstructing a kitchen faucet and putting it back together is a ridiculous thing to expect your customers to do when to remedy a faulty product.
>
> I contacted Delta a second time and have yet to hear back from them. In the meantime, I received a request to fill out a survey on Delta’s customer service. Suffice it to say my feedback was not glowing and positive. Once again Delta customer service emailed me and wanted to follow up on my survey. I provided a phone number and email and again have heard nothing more from them.
>
> So I still a faulty faucet with no resolution. Delta has terrible customer service. Clearly they don’t value their customers or recognize that future purchases will not be with Delta.

**★★★★★ — Frank Hagan, July 2017**

> Very happy with the excellent customer service I received from Delta Faucet. We purchased the 51900 "Decorative Ada Shower Kit Traditional" that features an ADA compliant grab bar that doesn't look "institutional". After a few weeks, a gasket fell out of the U6400 assembly (the piece that slides on the vertical grab bar and holds the hand-held shower). I didn't recognize what this piece was and tossed it, then got irritated that the hand held shower portion would slide. By the time I finally realized what the piece was I threw away it was long gone.
>
> I logged into Delta's Customer Service site and asked if they had a parts list for the U6400 assembly - it's about $30 to buy the whole assembly. I explained that I tossed the gasket and just wanted to buy the gasket. Delta's Customer Service responded the next business day and offered to send the parts to me at no cost. I was very happy about this; I was a bit irritated that I couldn't buy just the gasket, but if they are willing to replace it under warranty without a lot of hassle ... well, cool.
>
> In a few days, I received a box with the entire U6400 assembly in it. Not just the gasket, but the entire sliding assembly. It's great to have this kind of service from a manufacturer!
>
> We used the Delta line of assist and grab bars in our project as they are nice looking and not at all "institutional"; we found the curved assist bar shown in the photo in Home Depot and it fits nicely with our new bath. I can highly recommend Delta for both the quality of their products and especially the great customer service!

> Whenever we want a product with high style, affordable pricing, and dependable service, we choose Delta. All of our clients are extremely happy when we recommend Delta.

**★★★★★ — Southern Studio Interior Design, Oct. 2015**

> Delta Faucet is a go-to brand for our projects! Between Delta and Brizo, we can achieve almost any design we can imagine. As designers, we are challenged to create cutting edge solutions that are both functional and beautiful. We are so thankful for vendors that provide the support and flexibility to help us achieve those goals. Whether it's a unique design, function or finish, Delta meets the need! Another important component for our projects is keeping our trades happy. Plumbers and contractors appreciate the service that Delta provides. Delta faucet is a win-win solution for our clients!

**★★★★★ — Koskovich Design Group LLC, Sept. 2015**

> I have used the Delta Cassidy Single handle Pull-Out kitchen faucet in 2 kitchen remodels. My clients are not only happy with the function but the style and quality. It blends in nicely with a traditional or transitional interior.

**★★★★★ — Life-Style Design, LLC, Sept. 2015**

> We specify Delta faucets regularly because of their consistency in quality. The quality is first class but as a designer, I really appreciate the look that their faucets provide a room. We just used Cassidy widespread lavatory faucets in a Victorian renovation and they were perfect! Addison has been one of my all time favorites and I'm really loving Trinsic with it's edgy modern dynamic! I can't wait to see what they come up with next!

**★★★★★ — Mark Perry, CKD, CBD, CAPS, Sept. 2015**

> I have specified and sold Delta faucets for decades, and have always had pleasant experiences. On those rare occasions when there were problems they were quick to make it right, which is unfortunately all-too-rare these days.
>
> I also find that they have products to fit nearly any style, and at reasonable prices, and great quality, too. Their web site is up-to-date and user-friendly, and they have knowledgeable staff to answer questions if you should feel the need to pick up a phone and talk to a human being. :-)
>
> Delta is one of my go-to manufacturers.

**★★★★★ — Cedar Hill Design Center Inc., Sept. 2015**

> After having done home specifications for 33+ years I have found that good looking is only one part of the puzzle. Faucets not only have to look great going in but need to be plumber simple, part-securing easy, consumer-friendly. Clients really don't have their mind made up as to finish and style yet when the tub/shower valves need to be installed--specifying Delta makes their indecision no big deal since all styles and finishes fit. The plumbers prefer you don't use the import off-brand as they hate having to undo and redo their work when parts fail. Style that makes sense...love it!

**★★★★★ — Blue Lotus Designs, Sept. 2015**

> Just finished a Master Bathroom Renovation. We choose the Single Hole Delta Dryden bathroom faucet and the Dryden accessories to finish off the room. The clients liked the styling of the faucet and the complete Dryden line. It really looks amazing. The clients were very happy and invited us to a champagne toast to celebrate.
> Pictures coming soon!

**★★★★ — Danmark Development, LLC., Sept. 2015**

> I am a custom Builder and really appreciate the value of a good fixture with a great design. The finishes are consistent with other products out there. I have chosen to use Delta products in my own personal home. My wife was very happy with the recommendations that were made by a local plumbing supply company. Alison with Wool Plumbing in South Florida really helped us in selecting Delta Fixtures and accessories for or remodeled home.

**★★★★★ — Water Mosaic, Sept. 2015**

> We love to sell Delta Faucets! They offer so many different styles and budget price points, that it's easy to meet homeowner needs. Their warranty is excellent, and customer service is also top-notch.

## Community Q&A

**Q: Wall sconces and vanity holder/dispensers are fantastic!** *(in Photo Questions)*

Please share where you got these? The entire bathroom is fantastic!

A: Glad you like it! The look is one of our faves. So tranquil and beachy. The sconces are available at Ferguson. Here's the specific model and a link to buy:
S44952962, Sea Gull Lighting, Wall Sconce
http://shop.ferguson.com/product/sea-gull-44952-brushed-nickel-667961

**Q: Could tell us the sink faucet make/series & stove hood/fan make/serie?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: The faucet is a single-handle pull-down faucet from our Pilar collection. :)

**Q: Can you tell us the white island faucet brand and style?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Hi Cindy! It's one of the faucets from the Delta Leland collection. Model 978-DST.

**Q: Updated Kitchen for under $8700** *(in Before & After)*

In this renovation we upgraded everything except for the kitchen cabinets. The house was built in 2001 and hadn't been maintained, so it was the perfect blank canvas in my eyes! We did a lot of the work ourselves, but hired help for the things that we couldn't manage (like counters and floors). See below for the breakdown:

Under Cabinet Wireless Lighting: $250
Crown Molding above/below cabinets & below lower cabinets: $50
Cabinet Hardware: $82
Pegasus Sink & Delta Faucet: $600
Granite Countertops: $500
LG & Samsung Fridge, Dishwasher, Microwave, and Oven: $3400
Marble Subway Tile Backsplash & Supplies: $700
New Maple Sedona Hardwood Flooring: $850
Behr Paint & All Paint/Tile Supplies: $300
Crystal Chandeliers: $200
Labor for sink installation and plumbing $550, tile removal and hardwood installation $922, and crown molding installation $300: $1772

Kitchen Total: $8700

I hope that this serves as inspiration in that you can create something beautiful if you have the vision!

A: We can't see anything except the Delta faucet! :) Kidding. Great looking reno!

**Q: Delta Faucet** *(in Product Questions)*

It is possible to access the screen/filter in this faucet? My current faucet loss significant water pressure after whole house water was turned off and on and sediment was caught in faucet. Faucet is sealed, can't clean out. Is access possible with this one? Thank you!

A: Hi heathannlocke,

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing lowflow. I'd recommending working your way back from the wand to the cartridge and supply lines to confirm where the obstruction is. First remove the wand (without letting the hose fall through the spout); turn the water on. If you receive adequate flow, you may need a replacement wand. If you still experience lowflow, please disconnect the pullout hose from the supply line from under the counter. You can use a bucket to catch the water. Turn the water on. If you receive adequate flow, you may need a replacement hose. If you still experience lowflow, there may be debris within the cartridge. For further assistance or to file a warranty claim for replacement parts, please contact our warranty center, a Houzz representative will reach out with those details. I hope this information is helpful!

Thanks,
JessW

**Q: Lovely kitchen** *(in Photo Questions)*

Would you mind letting me know the brand of the faucet? Thank you.

A: It's a Delta Trinsic faucet in champagne bronze. Lovely. :)
