She assisted with all aspects of the project, including architecture, construction, and all elements of design- flooring, lighting, tile and stone elements for the kitchen and bathrooms, window coverings, wall coverings and furniture selection. Susan is a consummate professional with extraordinary talent with color and texture and has exquisite taste. The goal was to utilize my art and decorative pieces to create a calm and serene space. She immediately understood the vibe I wanted to create, listened to me and incorporated my tastes. Susan is a joy to work with; she is creative, fun, lively and well established in the design community. I heartily recommend her services. Susan is the best! **Comment from Susan Cohen Design:** > Thank you Sharon, it was pure bliss working with you and our team. Hanging all of your fabulous art work and organizing your collections was so much fun and I wish you many joyous years in you new home. **★★★★★ — Mary Jo Slater, Feb. 2018** > Susan Cohen deserves 10 stars. She is a consummate professional with exceptional taste and style. I am fortunate to have worked with her for many years and look forward to many more years ahead. **★★★★★ — Allan Gordon, Nov. 2017** > Susan Cohen > To submit a review of Susan Cohen is easy and a pleasure > Do you know of homes that lift your spirits whenever you enter them? > That’s how I found Susan Cohen. Susan had decorated two of my friend’s residences, and I had no idea that she had done both. She recently completed my apartment and I am now delighted every time I come home. > Couple of things which come to mind about my experience: > 1.Trust her taste and judgement. Susan has passion, enthusiasm, vision, focus, a sense of color and balance that a Feng Shui master would aspire to. The furniture, carpets, drapes and accessories she chose had me bamboozled and concerned until everything finally arrived and was assembled. Susan did purchase a couple of accessories on her own accord which I felt were over the top however after a few days living with them I concluded they were brilliant and kept them. We did go over budget, but it was well worth it. Susan charges no markups on her selections and passes on her decorator discounts to her clients. > 2.Susan is organized, thorough, and knows how to get things done. After decades in business she is on top of her game in terms of her knowledge, research and resources. > 3.Susan is a therapist when required. As mentioned above there were times when I questioned her choices and there were misunderstandings and problems with delays. Susan calmly resolved everything. She actualy insisted that I leave my home for a few hours, so she could supervise installation, hanging of artwork etc. on the final day. A brilliant move! > I would recommend Susan Cohen without any hesitation whatsoever. I wish I would have met her before I hired the last decorator I used a few years ago! **★★★★★ — Bradley Blair, Sept. 2016** > A loyal customer of Kravet for 36 years, Susan is passionate about good design. She throws herself into each project, and provides the utmost personal service, care and attention to detail. Also, she is personable, friendly and a joy to work with. Her clients are very fortunate to have the depth and breadth of professional experience she brings to each project. **★★★★★ — Marina Case, July 2016** > I have known Susan Cohen for many years. She initially designed my master bedroom and living room when we first moved into the house we had built. Fast forward 25 years, and we turned to Susan to redo our very tired family room. As if magically transformed, It is now officially my favorite room in our home! Susan has the ability to walk into a room and instantly have a vision of the perfect design of that particular space. It is not only that Susan has an incredible eye for design, but she tackles every new project with such enthusiasm and zeal, it's infectious and you can't help but enjoy the ride! **★★★★★ — Gigi Small, May 2016** > Susan Cohen is the most extraordinary decorator! I have a small den off the kitchen that we seldom used, and I wanted to turn it into a cozy TV room. Susan took one look and knew what to do. My new furniture, rugs and curtains are gorgeous and my den is the perfect place for my family to hang out in.
