Like most people, I was leary about contacting a company that I found randomly online. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the stellar customer service. Daga was friendly and “hands on” when it came to listening to my vision for my personal “Hello Kitty” museum. She gave her professional opinion and feedback based upon what I wanted to accomplish. She sent me pictures and swatch samples to help me make my selection. Once I chose the fabric, she stayed in touch with me throughout the lengthy process so I could have peace of mind regarding the progress of the project. It was lovingly handcrafted in America using the special techniques of Eastern European master craftsmen — the best of both worlds. My round, pastel pink suede sofa reminds me of a beautifully decorated wedding cake and it’s certainly the centerpiece of the room, and the cherry on top for my museum collection.
