**★★★★★ — Gary and Melinda Alexander, April 2024**

> We wanted to provide a refreshed look to our entry, dining room and great room. Meghan helped us select three new light fixtures that not only improved the look of those three areas, but also provided more light. The light in the great room helped fill a large space with an elegant fixture. Area rugs added color and provided a more finished look.
>
> Throughout the process Meghan listened to us and provided her expertise without overwhelming us or imposing her ideas.
>
> We had a very positive experience with Meghan and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking for interior design services.

**★★ — Eric May, Dec. 2023**

> We contracted through City Park Interiors this year to help select furniture, art, and other design considerations for our home with the aim of seeing how things went and then hoping to do a larger remodel over the next couple of years and based on our experience we would have a hard time recommending City Park Interiors for design work, and have serious concerns about how serious this business is about doing a good job.
>
> Our first interaction after scheduling an online meet and greet was a no-call/no-show with no follow-up. We sent an email the following week to learn that City Park Interiors is closed on Friday. Why take the meeting? I'm not sure. Why didn't City Park Interiors follow up after missing our first call? Again I'm not sure.
>
> Afterward we did have a pleasant interaction with City Park Interiors when they came to do a walk-through, but later found design selections a bit bewildering. Though later as we thought about it, of course the design selections were strange, City Park Interior didn't spend a lot of time, or take note of, our goals and design preferences. We didn't receive design mock ups, no sort of idea board (or similar), never went and looked at furniture styles in person, we weren't asked to send any materials such as "what do you think looks good" or asked about preferred suppliers or even a budget (which was quite high...)!
>
> Instead, as you'll note from the initial contract details where you must purchase furniture through City Park Interiors to get a discount to $180/hour (read: must purchase from Houzz), we received a link to generic furniture selections and later were charged a rate of $250/hour for 9 hours of "design consulting" for said link. Yikes.
>
> After receiving these selections we asked for some time to think and then decided to do a little shopping and found a few things that we liked and bought some custom furniture from of Iron and Oak instead. We followed up with City Park Interiors, and then followed up again, and eventually found out that our emails had "went to spam". You'd think if you had a customer who paid you that you hadn't hear from in a while, you might bother following up with them too.
>
> Since we were already out $4,000 for the retainer fee but didn't want to leave money on the table we bought a couple of side tables though the provided Houzz links. The tables took about 3 months to arrive from Vietnam (hey where is your furniture made?) which I don't fault City Park Interiors for, but it would have been nice if they could be bothered to follow up on the status. They are quick to send an invoice though!
>
> We were left disappointed because we had hoped to work with a local company and build a partnership, but we did not see eye-to-eye on how City Park Interiors approaches their work and we were really put off by having generic products provided through Houzz. No wonder there's a contract provision - which should be a red flag for your project.

**★★★★★ — Carol Anderson, Sept. 2021**

> We had the great opportunity to work with Meghan as we renovated our downtown Columbus condo over the last year. Meghan has been an amazing partner and exceeded our expectations in terms of helping us with this huge project. We needed her guidance as we picked everything from bathroom and kitchen tile, to color palettes, rugs, furniture and even art pieces. Meghan was great at understanding our tastes and preferences. Every time we visited with Meghan to review her recommendations and selections, the range of choices provided was spot-on and also stretched us to new possibilities.
>
> What we especially appreciated about Meghan was her candor about how to integrate and tie everything together; the breadth of her professional contacts for all of the various products, finishes, furniture, etc we needed; the ‘white-glove’ service provided to receive, inspect and then deliver the furniture we were ordering (This was especially critical for us as we were living in NYC during most of this process.); her responsiveness and availability, and of course, her design and creative expertise.
>
> We highly recommend Meghan for any project you might be undertaking and are grateful for her assistance is making our new condo our home!

**★★★★★ — Nicole Walter, Jan. 2019**

> We hired CPI to help us develop our own unique design style that fit our lifestyle for our newly constructed house. We wanted a look that was tasteful, contemporary, but still family-friendly, and would be a look that we were still happy with years from now. Meghan steered us in the right direction and made the whole process easy for us every step along the way. Her taste is impeccable and we have never regretted any design elements she suggested. We are constantly getting compliments on our home. Meghan was able to nudge us, when needed, to select pieces that add a unique quality to our home that we may never have considered on our own. We would recommend CPI to anyone!

**★★★★★ — Shiloh Todorov, Jan. 2019**

> We wanted to overhaul our kitchen in our 1,200-sq-ft condo in downtown Columbus. It only took Meghan ONE visit to our home to totally get us. She directed us very quickly to finishes, appliances, ideas, tools and vendors who fit our tastes. Perhaps most importantly, Meghan's ability to connect us quickly with these things saved us SO MUCH TIME!

**★★★★★ — Amy Campbell, Dec. 2018**

> We used Meghan and her company during our recent remodel of our entire second floor and two bathrooms. She helped us every step of the way including meeting me at show rooms to pick out tiles or lighting, recommending other professionals, and sending suggestions for other finishes and furniture. She is incredibly knowledgeable and professional and I look forward to working with her in the future.

**★★★★★ — James Laird, Dec. 2018**

> Meghan and her team did a great job helping me to furnish and decorate a new 2,500 sf contemporary condo. She is professional, hard working, reliable and has great style and taste. Meghan always gave me plenty of options and had the patience to go through everything with me and come back with more options if needed. I really appreciate how she listens to what her client is trying to acheive and offers great solutions. I am extremely pleased with the final result and highly recommend City Park.

**★★★★★ — Michele Kelley, Nov. 2018**

> In the early stages of constructing our custom home in German Village, we were referred to City Park Interiors by a friend. In addition, our Builder and Architect spoke highly of company owner, Meghan Conrad. When we met Meghan to discuss our design needs and describe our personal style, she listened carefully and created a comprehensive plan. Meghan Conrad of City Park Interiors utilized her creative vision and invaluable experience to guide us through a staggering number of exterior and interior selections. Some of these selections include; plumbing fixtures, cabinetry, countertops, hardwood and tile flooring, lighting, paint and stain choices, millwork, custom shower design, custom metal work, cabinet hardware and much more. Meghan Conrad has a list of trusted suppliers to help streamline the process and her attention to detail is unmatched.
> Once the bricks and mortar decisions were complete, Meghan put her vision to work on our space planning design. Using her talent to select furniture, fabric, art and accessories, Meghan choose pieces that were consistent with our taste. She created a vibrant and cohesive interior design that exceeded our expectations, our home is more beautiful than we ever imagined. We are so extraordinarily pleased in our choice of Meghan Conrad and highly recommend City Park Interiors.

**★★★★★ — Aimee Armstrong, Aug. 2018**

> Meghan Conrad and City Park Interiors transformed our dingy 1920s basement into an absolutely beautiful teenage hang-out haven, work-out room, and gift wrapping/craft room to die for. Meghan's eye for color and design is phenomenal. She partners with outstanding architects and contractors who can bring her vision to life. She kept the design consistent with our home's architecture but incorporated our desires and ideas. She is prompt, trustworthy, and professional. I will be working with her again for sure!

**★★★★★ — Cynthia Barron, Aug. 2018**

> My husband and I bought a new downtown Columbus condo and we had a wonderful experience working with Meghan Conrad. As we lived out of town during the entire building process, Meghan was crucial in coordinating all meetings concerning the building and design decisions. She met us at the appointments, guided us through design selections, and swiftly handled any problems that arose. Once the structural and layout decisions were made, Meghan helped us select furnishings and provided us with invaluable resources for our new life in Columbus.
>
> Meghan is an excellent designer and extremely professional. As clients, my husband and I have very definite tastes. Meghan listened and designed a beautiful space that reflects our style perfectly. We are so pleased with the final result!

**★★★★★ — Anne McGee, Dec. 2017**

> Meghan has great style and taste. Extremely professional. Moving from a contemporary suburban home to a German Village charmer, I was stumped as to how to incorporate my furniture into our new surroundings. Meghan helped with furniture placement, paint color, rugs, and few new pieces to complete the design. We couldn't be more pleased with the results.
