The ability to select and manage subcontractors throughout the build process. This includes acting in our interest with respect to ensuring that subs provided timely and quality work as we were not generally present throughout the construction process. > 3\. We had an idea for a fire tower (view tower) adjacent to the house and Westover took the concept and ran with it - creating a truly unique space that we will enjoy for years to come. It took about 18 months to complete the home.
