> Our experience of remodeling our home with Hagstrom Builder could not have gone any better!
> -The initial walk through provided us with an honest, and accurate, estimate of costs and provided us an early opportunity to figure out what we could and couldn’t do based on the estimated budget
> -The seamless work with our designer provided the ground work for easy workflow throughout our project. We were given the names of several designers and found one who perfectly matched our style, budget, and timeline
> -The detailed budget and construction timeline not only gave us an opportunity to make changes, but allowed us to plan far enough in advance with our designer that we never felt like we were strapped for time or far outside our budgetary constraints
> -Hagstrom made it clear that the subcontractors they used held themselves to the highest standards, in the same way that Hagstrom Builder held themselves. This was a huge relief and the quality of work we received was second to none.
> -There was constant communication from the HB team to my wife and I, which kept us up to date of issues, potential issues, and incredible progress throughout the project.
>
> Without reservations, we would recommend Hagstrom Builder to anyone and everyone looking to remodel (or build) a home.

**★★★★★ — Rob Carlson, Dec. 2017**

> Hagstrom did an excellent job on following through with plans for finishing our walk-out basement and refinishing our master bedroom bath and outside decks in a manner that made the work look like it was always part of the original house. Their construction superintendent was a great help and was on-site nearly every day that work was underway over the six-month project period. We're repeat business for Hagstrom - they built our architect-designed home 24 years ago, added on a porch and loft office space, and our faith in the company made selection of a contractor for this project relatively easy.

**★★★★★ — T.J. Potterr, Oct. 2017**

> My satisfaction with Hagstrom Builder goes back 20 years; they built a home for me then, and I had them do updates as needed over the years.
> When I decided to downsize, I was fortunate they could again come to my aid with updates of the bathrooms and kitchen of my new home.
> I appreciate the quality and value of their work, their long term presence when I need further help, and their commitment to excellence. Truly a pleasure to work with them.

**★★★★★ — Lynn Wells VanOrsdale, Oct. 2017**

> I have survived several remodels in my years as a home owner. Hagstrom was at the top of the list for their professionalism, attention to detail and making every effort to keep the process clean, organized and on schedule.

**★★★★★ — Lisa Cichy, March 2017**

> Very professional company. I was kept well informed with a timeline and budget updates. quality of work was outstanding. Contractor had to scramble in find a new carpet installer and project manager in the middle of the project and handled it with professionalism.

> Hiring Hagstrom Builder is the best decision you'll make. As an engineer who works on projects with clients, I know that what defines a good partner is how they handle the inevitable project issues that crop up. Hagstrom Builder and the project supervisor went way above and beyond our expectations, coping with exceptionally challenging site conditions and materials issues without batting an eye. Throughout, they showed us they live their values and mean what they say: "No shortcuts. Ever."
>
> We would hire Hagstrom Builder again - and very likely will!

**★★★★★ — dkittleson, Dec. 2016**

> My husband and I worked with Hagstrom Builders on our Master Bath Remodel. Our project supervisor was easy to work with and very accessible. He found answers to any questions we had and found solutions for the few problems that came up. With such a positive experience, we hired Hagstrom for our next project.

**★★★★★ — rssavo, March 2016**

> All facets of our remodeling project with Hagstrom Builders were exceptional. Their building motto, "No Shortcuts. Ever." describe their attention to detail and quality workmanship. The final building costs were accurately reflected within the original bid. The work schedule was followed, and communication was consistent throughout the process.

**★★★★★ — whit1142, Dec. 2015**

> We worked with the Hagstrom team on our third major renovation project over the past 22 years. We continue to work with them due to their commitment to detail, their consistent ability to generate excellent work and the can-do attitudes of their supervisors. On our most recent project which included removing walls and moving the entire kitchen, they kept in close communication as we dealt with the issues of "what's in this wall or ceiling", generated great solutions and stepped up to address certain issues created by their cabinet source. We appreciated the great attitudes of the head carpenter and supervisor who were committed to getting it right. They provided a detailed cost analysis by line item upfront and there were no surprises even with the numerous change orders---as will occur on all renovation projects.

**★★★★★ — pippascottsdale, Sept. 2015**

> Hagstrom Builder helped us renovate and re-energize a beautiful but tired historical residence. We can't say enough about the caliber of workmanship evident in our "new" home. Thanks to a team of competent pros, we love the results.

We removed any walls barring entrance from the front door and immediately sight lines opened from the front of the home to he back. The kitchen was enlarged and is now accessible from three separate points in the home. Stor…

The previous structure only had a second level on the front side of the home, so the team lowered the previously 12 foot ceilings in the living room to accommodate a full second level making room for a master suite, a sleeping porch, an elevator and a second level laundry room leaving the lower level bedrooms for the kids in the family.

  - Description: This master bath was outdated and felt compartmentalized and dark. Filled with glass block and tile the room felt “overstuffed” with a large built in tub and a wall of dark cabinetry taking up a lot of visual space. The homeowners wanted us to “lighten” the room giving it a spa like quality with tranquility and peace being the driving project descriptors. At the same time, the homeowners didn’t want to compromise storage and the general layout of the room wasn’t going to change drastically as th…
