> The crew at PNP are genuine professionals.  They know their craft and their technology, and they apply it with objectivity and care.  They manage their communications, logistics, and finances well.  They are craftsmen and problem-solvers.

> Our project (large apartment on Manhattan’s Upper West Side) was not easy – electrostatic paint for 20 quarter-century old tilt-and-turn, aluminum-frame windows.  Covered with plenty of old glue and grout.  Years of leaks and pane replacements.  Surface was metallic and sometimes painted, and we wanted them to be white to match the walls.  The window frames were so bad that we considered replacing them.  Ian, who we sourced via the Internet and review websites, was confident regarding his high-tech materials and craftsmen and told us what would work best.

> Ian noted that, due to the messy condition, we needed preparatory clean-up work as well as the painting, and he priced that reasonably.  Then he prepared us well for the process – prep, schedule, materials, and protection.  They use sophisticated materials and equipment, and they prepare both the house and its occupants for any inconveniences and requirements.  They detailed the exact substances being used, and protected everything.  We avoided the apartment during application but had no need to vacate overnight.

> Ian’s teamwork with his crew chief is fantastic – Ian has total, well-deserved faith in Billy’s resourcefulness, problem-solving, communication, and final product.  And Billy simply makes it happen, even though as painters they must deal with many irregular, pre-existing conditions such as surfaces, substances, seams, and materials.

> I was introduced to PNP Craftsmen by my contractor who I ultimately hired to paint my entire apartment. They did a phenomenal job and were exceptionally meticulous. The walkthrough with Lisa provided a sense of comfort that she would treat my apartment as her own. As the project progressed, I got to know the team and could not have been more impressed. Loren was extremely attentive to detail and worked countless hours to ensure everything was perfect. My floors needed to be restained multiple times, which required Loren to repaint baseboards. She did an incredible job. The attention with which Lisa, Loren, and their crew dedicated to my apartment was clearly evident in the final product. I have been back in my apartment for two weeks and received a tremendous number of compliments on the painting. When selecting a painter, I wanted to find someone who would not require a lot of supervision. This team worked efficiently and knew exactly what needed to be done. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and introduce them to all of my friends who require a highly skilled painter. Even though I am new to Manhattan, their pricing seemed fair and reasonable given the final product. I hope to work with them again.

> PNP did the skim coating and painting for our 4000 sq ft gut renovated townhouse in NYC.  They did a phenomenal job.  The large skim coated walls are stunning and they did a great job on the fine detail work - from details on the cabinetry to the elements of the stairs that are barely visible. Everything is beautifully finished.  We have some high gloss finishes which they did perfectly. All of the other subs on our project comment on the exceptional workmanship. Importantly, the individual women and men working could not have been nicer or more professional.
