Design/Build clients expect integrity, attention to detail, broad range of expertise with practical knowledge, a problem-solver, the work ethic to keep the job in steady progress, ...all while staying within budget and with on-time completion. He is focused and dead serious about doing a superior job and goes above and beyond the norm. Another vital requirement is the quality of the sub-contractors. You can have the best contractor but without solid, dependable, and qualified subs the project would not meet up to a client's high standards. Many of Stu Hunter's subs have been on his projects repeatedly because, as they have told us (unsolicited), he is fair and wonderful to work for. We just completed our second remodel with Hunter Construction and, just as the first go around, we are exceeding pleased with the finished project.
