> Karl Dropping and his Norsk team just completed our third project and it is outstanding as always!  They transformed the entryway and second floor to update our home.  The entryway was opened up with a contemporary custom-designed steel stair railing with a cherry wood cap, modern lighting and a sleek fan.  The den went from a dark cramped room to a bright and inviting place to work.  They brought our guest bath into the 21st century with a new tub/shower, modern cabinets and fixtures, quartzite counters and contemporary tile and lighting.  The three bedrooms were restructured to provide more space, new closets and improved door placement.  The craftsmanship is excellent.  The project schedule and budget were transparent through the use of their easy to use online tool.  The Norsk people really make all the difference. They listened to our needs.  They were knowledgeable, professional, and most important of all, the team has always treated our project like it was their own home.  Overall we are extremely pleased and can't wait for the start of our fourth Norsk project soon.

> 2 years ago, I selected Norsk over half a dozen other design/build firms. I was looking for a firm that knew what they were doing. My selection process had them and the other firms I was considering solve for some of the design and build challenges I was anticipating. Having designed 3-4 hours prior, I knew what to look for in their responses. Karl and his team came up on top with a reasonable, though not the lowest bid. What was most important was they were clear on what was included.
