I told him what I wanted for my bathroom. My expectations were very high based on his previous reviews and photographs. After the work was done, it was just okay. He charged me s as n additional thousand for a sunken tub but they installed a regular tube. Then he tells me after everything was done that I should have told him about the tub before installation. I said I was not in while he was working so how would I know. Long story short it’s better to buy your own materials and hire a contractor. I was very disappointed . Steve tries and talks his way around things. I will have to take this L but he has definitely lost future business. Not a bathroom renovation but a facelift, save your money. Said he had to get permits, for what, the tile installation or flooring which one.
