Larry was great to work with - he listened to the homeowner's wishes and concerns and found a solution for everything. He steered her clear of choices that could be costly or problematic, spotted issues before they arose, and expertly guided the sub-contractors in how to handle them. He was there before every vendor arrived and was available for communication by phone, text, or e-mail. The space was 1950's era office that was in need of new walls, windows, doors, roof, HVAC etc etc. In short, nothing in the old space was usable, except for the terrazzo tile floor, which the contractor found a subcontractor to resurface/rehab as well. Contractor worked with architect to develop new space according to owners needs, hired subcontractors to perform all work. Contractor was always available for any consultation with the property owner. I have worked with this contractor in the past on much smaller projects, and would recommend this contractor to other property owners.
