The first project was very extensive (an addition to a 1920's home plus renovation of the existing home) while the second project was on a smaller scale (new bathroom, bedroom, front hall and mudroom). Mark (the owner) is a straight-shooter and prides himself on the quality of his projects. Hi sub-contractors are very professional, friendly, show up on time and stand by their estimates. Mark charges a project management fee rather than adding a percentage to all of his bills so there is a lot of transparency in terms of real costs. If the plumber charges x amount, that's what we pay. Mark is a good problem solver and his communication skills are excellent. In sum, I would highly recommend Patterson Homes. We have in fact recommended him to friends and they have been equally as happy as we have been.
