**Q: Wall color** *(in Photo Questions)*

Wall color?

A: I wish I could answer the wall color question.  I will reach out the builder to see if they still have a record of what color that could be.

**Q: Small change, big difference in foyer!** *(in Before & After)*

Hated the oak banister, so I painted it black. I love it! I also was not happy with the mustard yellow wainscoting. I prefer crisp-white wainscoting, but there's something off here...is it the pale yellow on top (that I want to paint)? lol..it never ends! Next project in the foyer will be the interior doors to match the banister.

**Q: Another successful remodel complete!** *(in Before & After)*

It has been a fun experience getting to work in this wonderful beach neighborhood in Balboa near the world-famous "Wedge" surf spot. This home underwent a complete transformation from a simple beach house to beautiful Cape Cod style beach home!
