We were on a tight timeline, we had approximately 3 months to move into our house before my baby came.  Rich made sure to complete the work to meet our tight timeline and stayed within budget.  He worked well with our designer, never involving us with any issues, just worked things out with our designer.  We were able to go out of the country for 3 weeks without a concern that things would not remain on schedule.  The process was surprisingly stress-free.

> We just completed our kitchen renovation and i could not wait to write a review.  rich and charis were an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire job.  they were always very responsive.  never once did i feel like i had to chase my contractor for information or details.  every single one of their sub contractors were professional and polite and were true craftsman.  rich provided a schedule and a budget at the outset of the project and didn't stray from it at all.  i had alot of fear about doing such a major renovation while still living in our house, after hearing horror stories from friends about how unhappy they were with their contractor and the process.  but after going through it with rich and charis i know its possible to have a great experience with a major renovation.  they gave me my dream kitchen.  i would recommend highly recommend them to anyone that is considering a renovation.
