The TEMO sunroom appears to be a very good product, but the TEMO company appears to have some management issues. Northern Craft's technicians/carpenters (David, Liam and Bo) were outstanding and quite skilled. The work completion was not the fastest in the world but done exceptionally well. I am hoping and I can use Northern Craft in the future. I have a project list and I am just working on saving money to build it. He was professional and patient during design discussions. Ultimately, the timing (COVID) and increased material costs resulted in my decision to delay any major plans, but I did have my rotted exterior basement door replaced. The new PVC framed door took a while to order and to arrive, but it was worth the wait. The installer did an great job and it looks beautiful inside and out. The installer did a great job cleaning up inside, but I later noticed tiny plastic shavings on the soil. It is hardly noticeable, but I would have preferred more careful consideration and use of a tarp to prevent the shavings from falling on the ground where they’re impossible to clean up. That said, had I bothered to tell him, I’m sure Bruce would have cleaned it up himself - he’s that kind of guy.
