He has a wonderful, positive disposition and maintains a uniquely professional demeanor. Nate and his crew are knowledgeable and operate on getting prime results from the money being invested in your project. They maintain a very neat job site. They give mindful consideration to preventing unnecessary collateral damage. Very little reparation was needed at the completion of my project. As far as deadlines are concerned, Kaplan Homes met them and stayed true to the budget that was agreed upon. This project presented extra challenges in that it was custom (i.e., custom trim, special building requirements by city, preferences on my part, etc.) and the results are great. This was a complex project involving significant challenges during construction including logistics working on an island without ferry service.
