> We hired Herlong and Associates to help us renovate our 15 year old home and make it our dream home.  They were willing to break the job into phases to make the project more palatable to us.  As soon as Phase I was finished we knew we had to move ahead immediately with the next phases because we were so spoiled by the improvements they made to our home.  We added very little square footage but it feels as though the house has doubled in size because the space is so much more usable now.  The entire team was professional and responsive.  I don't remember ever waiting more than a day for a response to a question or comment even when the answer required research and drawing.  The attention to detail shown was remarkable as was the level of communication to me and to the builder during planning and construction.  We were out of state during much of the process so we relied on Herlong's team to make decisions and choices that would reflect our taste and the way we live.  They nailed it and we couldn't be happier!
