DB Interiors + Design is here to guide you through an array of challenges and make your dream a reality. Whether you’ve got a renovation or new construction, a project large or small, it all starts with an introductory consultation, either online or in person, where we discuss your project requirements along with your budget, timeline and scope of work - and get to know each other to ensure we're a good fit! Before moving onto the next phase, DB Interiors + Design will provide a detailed proposal that outlines our process and the fees associated with each phase and leave you a clear understanding of what to expect in the coming months.

Now that we’ve decided to work together, we dive deep into the research & development stage where we further explore your needs while taking in account your inspirations, coveted furniture & possessions and analyze site details/bylaws and document anything that will help us create your curated space. For renovations, site measurements will be taken and other pertinent details will be noted.

The concept & design development stage will unfold through mood boards, material & finishes selections, drawing packages & schedules. Room by room, we will fine tune every detail through numerous meetings and showroom visit. Any permit plans or construction drawings will be created and approved before finalizing your material & finishes selections. You’ll be provided these drawings and a design specification package to seamlessly communicate your design to your builder or trades for tendering and implementation.
