They transformed the boxy layout of our 1950’s-era Rambler into a modern, open-concept great room that looks like the reveal from the HGTV show that inspired our design. Not only did Jason completely grasp our vision for a contemporary kitchen with mid-century modern accents, he offered additional ideas and subtle touches that took the concept over the top. Then his talented crew and top-notch sub-contractors executed that plan to near perfection and exactly on-schedule. The gorgeous custom cabinets and island; the perfect interlacing of new oak flooring into the existing and the beautiful refinishing job; the painstaking color matching on the cabinets; and the expertise to realize we didn’t need a planned support beam and post; all of these elements reinforced that we made the right choice of contractor. Jason also expertly handled the few but inevitable glitches in a project of this magnitude, ensuring that everything turned out right in the end. In addition, we appreciated and regularly referenced the provided Buildertrend app that laid out the project schedule in detail, so we knew exactly what was happening each day, as well as providing a ready resource for the design plan and estimate right on our phones.
