He was a good listener.  We had a good back and forth negotiating the contract to start the project.  Rex had an extensive design phase and found multiple solutions to some issues that arose. I did not realize how well designed the plans were until build.  The planning department was very impressed not one red line.  The head of the planning department came out to see the build because he was so impressed by the plans.  I will definitely use Rex Anderson in the future.  I can't wait to move in to my house.
