Mike came out and measured initially, and right away we knew that this was a very professional organization. The countertops arrived ahead of schedule as well. The installers were skilled craftsmen which went above and beyond our expectations. The installation was flawless and we are absolutely pleased with the end product! They had suggested a contractor to do a complete renovation and then they would install the tile and backsplash. The contractor Installed the backsplash instead of Marble Masters men . The backsplash was sloppy and crooked, When I contacted Marble Master they came out , they said since it was his friend, he was in a bind and the contractor would need to redo the tile even though quote was from Marble Masters. I would not hire this company because they did not honor the quote, would not redo the backsplash and left me out to deal with it.
