A: This was a small deck off the side of the new sunroom (unheated) the overall project cost was 30,000.00 and this was about 5 years ago. A: The material used here is Ever grain decking however the deck was built about 7 years ago and the railings that are also composite ever grain are no longer manufactured . A: This deck and pergola was constructed out of Redwood.
