Their own terms and services said they would obtain building permits. > > In 2019 I went to sell my house and found out they didn't obtain permits and my deck wasn't built to code. I had to pay $750 for an advertised variance in order to get compliance on my real property report. I contacted the company who refused to address the $750 I had to pay due to their negligence.
