The under-the-counter sink was installed as well. A short time later, the sink gave way. I called them back to redo it which they did at no charge. It was difficult tracking them down. I had to do all the work in that respect. Then on Dec. 31, the sink gave way again. I called several times and they are going to charge me $150 to $200 for a service call. After this has happened twice in six years, I don't want to deal with it again in 2025! They do not stand behind their work. As I type this, I remember them coming to deal with chips in the quartz too. She also encouraged us to go the supplier's warehouse to pick our granite. The Staff from the Stonesense arrived right on time for measurement and installation. The installation was perfect and now is the centerpiece for our remodeled kitchen. Service was good until we made a 50% deposit and he actually had to do some work. When it was time for him to come and template he took more than a week to show up. Missed appointments. Finally he came and "templated" using a tape measure! Accuracy? He insisted we add a backsplash and side splashes. This was obviously to help hide inaccuracies in his measure/cutting. He told us it would take 2 weeks before he could come and install. Six weeks and many excuses later we still had nothing. It will be here next week was the usual answer. Never any apologies. Every phone call ended with "I will call you back" but he never ever did. So frustrating! We finally cancelled and got our deposit back. Thank goodness! > Worst customer service ever. Worst communicator ever. And never his fault. > I gave this place one star because I could not pick zero!
