Knowing that we as designer's do not have the time to wait on rug samples, she checks in on us weekly to see if we have any needs or wants.   She knows our aesthetic, asks what quality and price-point we want, and translates images of color palettes to piles and piles of options for us to go through.  Amanda is the definition of customer service.
