> We used Live Oak Manors for a complete overhaul of our back yard landscaping and hardscaping, including the installation of synthetic turf.  The project was completed in December 2017 and we are extremely happy with the end result.  What was once a muddy, sad excuse for a sloping back yard which only the dog set foot in is now a beautifully terraced level green backyard with clean landscaping that the whole family is enjoying.  We worked directly with Garon Thelen, owner of Live Oak Manors, and found him and his entire team to be very professional.  They provided us with a detailed estimate which aligned perfectly with the final cost of the project, with the exception of a few change orders which we requested.  In addition to the backyard hardscaping and landscaping, we also used Live Oak Manors for the installation of an irrigation system in the front of the house which they were able to install in one day and are currently working with them to install exterior lighting.  The whole project was done quickly, very professionally and on budget - which is why we continue to use Live Oak Manors.
