> Very overpriced for the quality of work. The curtains were measured wrong and instead of fixing them properly, they pieced together scrap fabric. They also scratched my furniture.

> I am so sorry that you were unhappy with our service.  However, we did not use scraps to remake your draperies.  Ripplefold draperies require the panels for draperies to be made an exact size, requiring the use of partial cuts of fabric.  Any part of your drapery that is not a full cut of fabric is because that is the exact size the Ripplefold charts require us to use to make the drapery to the fullness that you requested.  As you were unhappy with the initial fullness you selected for your draperies, we removed the small portion of each panel and replaced it with the appropriate size needed to get the new fullness that you requested.  We would never make draperies out of scrap fabric.  We replaced all of your hardware at our own expense to give you the fullness that you wanted.  And, although there was a disagreement between you and the installer as to the scratch on your table, we paid to have the table fixed for you.

## Community Q&A

**Q: One Color or Two?** *(in Design Dilemma)*

I have an open floorplan and am trying to decide on a color for the kitchen. Should I carry the color from the living/dining room into the kitchen, use a lighter shade of gray, or something else? Living/dining room is Behr Natural Gray. I have Behr Painters White (a very light gray) in the hallway, and have considered using that. Thanks for your help!

A: One color is the way to go, it will make the space feel cohesive. Don't worry about adjusting the shade of gray, it won't make a noticeable difference because of the different qualities of light coming through the windows in each space. Plus it is already a great shade that you chose! Good job.

**Q: What pattern is used for laying this tile? Very pretty** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: The floor is just staggered in straight rows.
