It was a big project, and we feel lucky to have found Ascentus/Troy for our contractor. We were managing our remodel remotely, so trust and communication were critical. Troy was a true partner for the project whose positive attitude and steadiness were especially appreciated when the inevitable curveballs came through. Was everything always perfect? No, but that will never be the case, and I always had complete confidence us and Troy would find a fair solution. All of that work took ~4mos, and when personal circumstances made it so we really needed to move up, Troy and team worked really hard in the final stretch to make it happen.
